We collect nothing.

The short version

Dōjō does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers.

Your learning progress

The cards you study and how you rate them are saved only on your own device (in the app's local storage). This information never leaves your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. If you delete the app or tap “reset progress,” it is gone.

Pronunciation

The “say it” button uses your device's built-in text-to-speech to read a word aloud. No audio is recorded and nothing is sent anywhere.

No third parties

The app loads a web font (Google Fonts) to render its type; aside from that it makes no network calls and integrates no third-party services or SDKs.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
